Hello from OmniGrade

This is the first post on the OmniGrade blog. It exists mostly to prove the pipeline works — but while you’re here, a word on what this space is for.

What we’ll write about

OmniGrade scores live job postings against your CV: salary, seniority, location fit, and how closely the role matches what you actually do. Building that means we sit on a pile of job-market data most people never see. This blog is where we share what it tells us:

  • Salary reality — what roles actually pay, by band and region, not what the posting claims.
  • Market signals — where hiring is heating up or cooling off, and for whom.
  • How the scoring works — the thinking behind how a role gets matched to a person.

Why it reads like the app

This post is plain Markdown. The fonts, colours, and layout are pulled straight from the OmniGrade product, so the blog feels like part of the same world rather than a bolted-on afterthought.

Inline code looks like this, blockquotes look like this, and the type scale is the same Fraunces / Manrope pairing you see in the app.

That’s the whole placeholder. Real writing starts soon.
